Pick 4 Front Straight pairs

After doing some research on how to filter out certain Pick 4 straights out of 10k, here's what I come up with base on the (first 2 digits) for each draw.

Before I began, just note that my research is based on a monthly basic, and a start for narrowing down what get played the most -vs- what not. Maybe someone else can chime in and give a little more detail on filtering. There's enough scholars here on LP that would give good insight. So don't be afraid.
