			<description><![CDATA[<p>After doing some research on how to filter out certain Pick 4 straights out of 10k, here&#x27;s what I come up with base on the (first 2 digits) for each draw.<br /><br />Before I began, just note that my research is based on a monthly basic, and a start for narrowing down what get played the most -vs- what not. Maybe someone else can chime in and give a little more detail on filtering. There&#x27;s enough scholars here on LP that would give good insight.
