			<description><![CDATA[<p>Now that The Great Virginia Repeat Storm of July 2019 is over, I wanted to post up something that would help folks visualize the history of repeats in Virginia. The chart below shows 100 months of Repeats (and nothing but the Repeats). To do that, I wrote a program that deflates each month&#x27;s numbers and throws out all mention of non-repeats. So, why 100 months? Because that makes it easy to think about the data in percentages.
