It sounds like you don't understand the way the forums are setup.

The Systems forum is for the discussion of a specific system you have. It is not for requesting systems or for the discussion of systems in general. So if you have a specific tic-tac-toe system, then the first post in your thread should be a complete description of the system and how it works, and then you and others can discuss the system from there on the thread.

This topic was intended to be a discussion about Tic Tac Toe lottery systems for the Pick 4 lottery. It was NOT intended to be an exchange of Pick 4 numbers, which is what this particular forum is about. Therefore, TODD, you moved my topic to the WRONG FORUM !!!

This topic should have remained in the Lottery Systems forum, or the Discussion Forum.

Therefore, I intend to start this topic over again in the Lottery Systems Forum.
