Very nice system.

Simple and easy to understand.

I wrote a CodeSkulptor program to do this so you don't have to do grunty work (just google for Subtract Add Luck System CS Program )

Also after writing the program, I noticed you made some math errors in your example.

The KY Lottery has a 1-off plus or minus feature for both pick-3 and pick-4 games. It's not the same as looking for the drawing combos by adding and subtraction, but similar. For $1 bet players get one combo that pays the same as a 50 cent straight wager and 26 other combos that are have the same, plus 1, or minus 1 digits. The pick-4 offers one 50 cent straight wager and 80 1-off combos.

I've had one pick-4 combo get consecutive 1-off winners so your systems does get hits.

Subtract/Add Luck System

This a system I came up with just playing with numbers one day. So please keep your criticism to yourself if you don't like it or it does not work in your state.

Step 1. Take your last draw and -111 from it

Example

739

628

So 739-111=628

Step 2. Add original starting number (739) and minused number (628)

739

+628

=357

If you get a double digit number such as 17 because you added 9+8=17 drop 1st digit and keep the last digit which is 7
