ok, I had the hyphens between my 5n, but not the + sign for the bonus ball... maybe that was the problem...I'll definitely remember to select my State... I guess in error, I selected Multi State for MM PB...we'll see next time..

There is some credibility to clocking a roulette wheel, but not sure if it's possible to clock a live ball drawing even if you could make a bet. Nothing to clock with computer RNG drawings.

When you click on post predictions choose which state because if you choose all states you'll be predicting the same PB or MM lines in every PB or MM jurisdiction. The good news is if you match five numbers, you'll probably break the LP record for a single drawing winnings. The bad news is only 4% of your predictions will have enough matches to win anything.

Check how you're entering your picks because that might be the problem. The numbers should look something like this: 5-24-40-48-67 +17... [ More ]

I tried to post my PWRBALL predictions, but it really gives me a hard time, then ended up not showing up at all...I don't know,.. Looks like someone doesn't want me to Post... I mean how hard should it be?... All I keep getting is an error message after I paste my 10 tickets , then hit Post Predictions button ..sometimes the Verify tickets window on the right shows up, but the last few tries, it didn't... don't know what's the problem..

Easy peasy...

Odds= fixed numbers

Possibility= depending on what pattern in the chaotic scheme of things is what determines the outcome. We would only know that information as it's happening valid even with a 3-second delay.

This is kind of discouraging. No one can make a bet in the Pick 3 moments before the actual draw. But with roulette we can have about 30 seconds or so to make a last-minute decision. I've heard some about roulette... [ More ]

There is no way to answer that. You'd need to ask each person why they are on the prediction board. Some are there for the competition, some for fun. Some use it as a means to see if they are getting better at picking numbers, some use it to track their predictions.

Everybody has their own reason.

As to why it so low, what do you think?

Ok Stack47, appreciate your comeback..!! ... So?.. How many tickets can you post for your Predictions?...and what if some Lottery Officials are monitoring the board and scews what's predicted.? I'm pretty sure they either know or heard about LP site...especially with R.L. listed on the board..!!(7x mer).

ok, thanks for the response. My last question to you or anyone is. why are the statistics so low in terms of actual win tries verses losses on the prediction boards for all members? I think i'm beginning to realize that it seems darn near impossible to get out more than you actually put in when playing any lottery games.

So how does that Prediction Board work?

Click on the predictions tab and drop down to post predictions . All the how to info is on the page. After you predict and the results are in, your win results will show up on see yesterday's winners . There are filters for state, game types, and dates, but it only shows wins. To see your predictions or any member's predictions use my predictions . How well you did or any member will be on prediction statistics .

if you study your game's stats... I advise, play those... If you don't analyze it ... then your only option left is Quick-Picks..!!.. whether you obtain them from a store terminal, or from a computer software given no serious considerations...

As for the Prediction Board, I'm new to the site, don't fully understand its process, but it looks to be their averaged figures... but in the end, just making it onto the Board is worth noting.. IMO. The players on this site I don't think are competing... [ More ]

Should i play quick picks or select my own numbers when it comes to any lottery ball or rng games.. Is there an actual advantage to using my own derived numbers over a quick pick?.

which is more probable to win if any?

Can anyone explain to me why the predictors of this site numbers are so low in terms of repeatability successive winning. Just by the sheer minimal amount of successful wins/losses who's ahead really on the prediction boards

One strategy I've found helpful... is to use more than one strategy with your ticket batches... If they are indeed dodging your numbers, they can only successfully cover 1 set, not both,...I did that on Win for Life ...a game that's now discontinued..but l do have the scanned copy of the ticket showing that it works...just haven't figured out how to insert it into my posts here...

I started using predictions as a way of checking overall probabilities of All-or-Nothing games and came to the conclusion players can't even break even without winning a jackpot. Currently I'm only using 6 combos per draw but still getting about the same hit ratio and prize ratio as using 40 combos.

Predictions are also useful for checking the performance of a large number of pick-3 and pick-4 combos.

Tucker, it is true that you can derive one measurement from the other, I understand your logic, but the question still has not been answered.. for example, I can derive how much water is in a glass by measuring the amount of water in it, or the air/ emptiness , but the 2 elements in the glass are not the same.. 1 is water, the other air...Probability Odds are NOT the same things, even though most people use each term interchangeably... for the sake of other members who surely will read our posts... You got the dictionary definition; IE the chances of it happening in the next drawing, but most lottery players are in for the long haul and their odds and probability are for multiple drawings. The payoff odds can change depending on the number of chances whether it's the same play over time or multiple plays on one drawing. Either way if you bet $250 to collect $500, you're getting even money.

odds = 1 divided by probability

probability = 1 divided by odds

Take a fair coin flip for example. The probability of getting heads is 1/2. The odds of getting heads is 1/(1/2)=2 (i.e. the denominator n if probability is 1/n), or 2 to 1 .

If the probability of winning the lottery is 300 million to 1, it means the probability of winning is 1/300000000.

If the probability of winning some game is 50,000 to 4, it means the probability of winning is 4/50000=1/12500.
