I said I could see why keepitreal was assuming alcohol was possibly the reason. The only assumption I'll make is that when someone averages 4 posts a day for six years and abruptly stops, something happened and they probably won't be back.

Another LP member told me they knew for a fact what happened , but like I told kir, don't believe everything you read on the Internet .

Hey Mike,

I did a little looking around myself, and some may be him, but who knows. I wouldn't myself, try to contact anyone just to give them their privacy. I'd say his family would like to know how much he meant to this site though. Maybe they already do and maybe he's just fine somewhere. I'll leave it at that.

I just enjoyed the laughs he brought and figured someone knew him personally on here.

He always had the kind of quick and witty humor I enjoy.

He had a way about him, that you could almost see him when he posted. It was weird. Like you could physically picture him setting there in a rocking chair on his porch. With a jar of shine of course.

He definitely had that old mountain man humor about him.
