One of the great features of Pick 10 is you get $4 for each line you get completely wrong.

In addition to my many formulas for getting 10 out of 10 right, I keep toying with the thought of putting together a stategy to get none right.

For example, with every 20 numbers drawn (on average), 15 numbers do not come out on the next draw.

I imagine playing the same line of 10 numbers (for say $100) and winning back $400.

Just about every night, this feature helps me to get a decent amount

Hi Blue,

Yesterday, I played my 10 spot for 20 games in Quick Draw and hit for $92. Two games @7/10 ($45 x 2 =$90) and one for 5/10 ($2).

When I cashed in the ticket, I played it again for another 20 games.

This time I won $308. One 8/10 ($300) and 4x 5/10 ($2 x 4=$8)

The two numbers I needed for 10/10 ($100,000) were 14 and 24. The numbers drawn nearby were 15 and 25.

Close, but no cigar!

I guess I will try again today.

The one thing I truly do believe in when playing numbers, and just about all things; TRUST YOUR INSTINCT! Your gut knows before you do. Strange story that happened to me a long time ago. I was in a stationary store and I had an urge to buy a Take Five NY quick pick ticket for $5.

Thanks for the congrats :) Yes, that's exactly right. Picking last digit numbers is good but doesn't always work, or accurate for that matter. I made this system up mainly because analyzing a number group of 80 is difficult, so breaking them down into groups to analyze is much much easier. And using a percentage system with data of 50-100 game history is easier to spot short term trends, and then easier to pick which numbers to play.

Im still working on trying to get the system down to more accuracy and simplicity. I charted some numbers the other day but it was too late to play and of course, I had some hits; I would have won $210 that day. So even when I dont get the chance to play my numbers, at least I work them out and get to see what happens and why. It helps with the learning curve and how to decide what numbers to pick and why. The flow of Pick 10 changes a lot, so with each draw if something changes, when you chart and analyze, its easier to see what changed

Exactly! But for me, its easier to use the charts in the software because its easier to see. My eyesight isnt the best and charting with pen and paper(which I used to do before the software came out) uses up a lot of paper. Now Im printing a lot of charts so its easier for me to read, using a lot of paper and ink LOL, ROTFLMBO

I also play PICK 10. Most of the time I get a quick pick.

One time, a quick pick had 8 of 10 for $300, but usually I get between one and five numbers for $0 win

Yesterday, my quick pick matched 0 of 10 for a $4 win. Hey, a win is a win!

I wonder why the NYS Lottery pays $500k for 10/10 with PICK 10, but only $100k for 10/10 in Quick Draw.

I have had many 8 of 10 hits. I hope to hit a 9 or 10 of 10 soon.

While I respect those who use software programs to search for patterns and other historical trends...I find raw, organic analysis of each number drawn (in each draw) provides the best clues to the future. Why was that number drawn?

Put another way, doing analysis to create new methods. Then employing them to predict.

I too have considered the Ny Pick 10 one of my primary games for years now.

Why?

1) It is the ONLY lottery game I know of where twice the amount of numbers drawn are needed to win the jackpot

2) It is not a shared jackpot (as is the case with all other jackpot games). each person wins the jackpot of $500,000 if they get a 10 of 10.

And yes, there are many ways to narrow things down.

In fact, tonight (September 27th) I hit a 8 of 10 and won $300. Using one of my MANY methods.... [ More ]

Yes! I used GH Smart Luck Keno wheeling program to wheel my numbers. When I went to cash out, one ticket was $1500 tax free, and the other ticket had the $12,900 on it which was taxed. I've been playing this game for well almost 30 years and I find it intriguing, but doable. I've won as much as $2100 before on this game. I really like Pick 10, Im just drawn to it, I dont know why, but I like it

I know a lot of people dont like playing Pick 10 in New York. I love the game because its challenging. I started using my charts in a different way and finally got a nice hit. I hope this is the first of many big hits to come
