I think the simplest way to play is just to look up a previous draw's number and then play the numbers it gives you.

Maybe someone else can chime in and correct me if I am wrong.

I have made 2 more variations

one is called Pick-3 Chinese Triple 8 Method

the other is called Pick-3 Devil Triple 6 Method

similar in concept but use 8's and 6's instead of 7's.

I thought the Lottery Bible for Pick-3 and Pick-4 are for use anywhere (doesn't matter what state or location).

It's called Pick-3 Las Vegas Triple 7 Method .

It's purely superstitious based on the Triple 7. It uses 7 in 3 stages.

You enter previous draw call it P

1st stage - it calculates all the P + (7n) where n is a whole number (could be negative) so all multiples of 7 added or subtracted from P and then build a pool to pick from out of that.

2nd stage - it randomly chooses a number from the pool, but keep randomly selecting but only consider numbers that are selected every 7th time.
