Thanks for posting the info Raven. You can also install the PWA app in Chrome by clicking the plus sign icon in the Address bar:

(Chrome itself decides when to show that button, so although it should appear there for everyone, sometimes the browser doesn't want to show it for some reason.

To install any PWA website as a application on Window 10 via Google Chrome Browser follow below steps:

1. Open any Progressive Web App website in Chrome 70+ on Windows 10.

2. Go to Setting (option on top right corner next to address bar).

3. Choose Install ... options and done

In August, the Lottery Post mobile website officially became a PWA app, allowing iPhone and Android phone users to install Lottery Post right alongside their other apps on their phone's home screen. The mobile PWA app provides phone users faster access and viewable content even when the phone loses network access.
