Thank you for responding Pocono Player! There are a couple of places that does allow me to take discarded lottery tickets but now other people are also taking them. I have been searching for other places but not much luck Thanks again and good luck in your findings of good fortune

Sweet-D, I don't know Bucks or Burlington Counties so I cannot suggest locations. A suggestion is to stop at likely places during your daily travels and asking the sales clerks for discarded tickets or simply observing if there is a discard bin next to lottery ticket machines.

Does any one know of any places in PA (Bucks County) and NJ (Burlington County) that has boxes or bins (not trash cans) inside where customers can toss their non winning tickets in after they scratch them off or check to see if their winners? I collect them to enter into the second chance lottery. If anyone knows of any laces please let me know! Thanks and good luck to all
