My God we're on the same page! Believe it or not, I always thought I was working backward when I saw people doing just the game. Good to know someone else works through the matrix before getting to the game.

I didn't here. This was FUN: A break from the reality of bouncing my brain around looking at fresh data on the Texas game. That's actually a pretty comprehensive (older) program so there's plenty of data that could be posted.

And as Allen mentioned, we both seem to be breaking aw... [ More ]

How do the observed frequencies of certain events compare to the expected frequencies of those events?

For instance, the exact theoretical probability the lowest two numbers have tens digits 0 and 1 is 203040/575757 35.265%. And the theoretical probability the lowest two numbers have tens digits 0 and 0 is 186606/575757 32.411%. These are somewhat close to your observed frequencies of 34.81% and 33.37% respectively, but you need to work out the expected values for all of your categorical data... [ More ]

LOL!

You are so right there! They shouldn't build those ten story buildings that high!

I don't even want to mention the nooks and crannies yet. I'd have to post more.

But no worries LSS. I...uh....DELETED it! That's it. It's gone. I'm just a short bus riding, window licking, crayon eater! What do I know?

Yeah, California seemed to be obvious choice since it has 9300 draws (even if it does start with draw 89!) So this is what I've been doing when I should have been finishing... [ More ]

Gary

It has been a while since I visited Front Digit Land. Even though there are only a Few Streets Each Address has a 10 Story Building (except the 00 Block which are 9 Stories).

Nice Work but there are still a lot of rooms for those pesky winners to hide in.

The Search Team is going to need a few Win Sniffing Dogs and some Stealth to find the winners without scaring the whole neighborhood and alerting the LSS.

Allen
