			<description><![CDATA[<p>It can be tested anytime.<br /><br />But I have to warn you that back-testing doesn&#x27;t really prove that it&#x27;ll work in future because for example, the Neural Network method is like so right on past data because it is trained on past data but for the future it doesn&#x27;t work like the past because nothing in paste will guarantee a certain outcome in future.</p>]]></description>
