			<description><![CDATA[<p>This system is called &#x27;Translate&#x27; system.<br /><br />The idea here is to play historical numbers but translated them into another language.<br /><br />We&#x27;ll define a language by specifying a 10 unique-digit number (complete languages are defined by 10 unique-digit number containing all 10 unique digits).<br /><br />We&#x27;ll only use complete languages.<br /><br />Think of each digit as a word in a language.
