The tinfoil hatters really should include some kind of conspiracy theory warning in the subject line. And here I thought this was a serious (albeit horribly written) question about companies that provide services to lotteries. I suppose the inability to use punctuation gives it away.

No im not speaking about that for example lets say 5319 came out in ny that same number might come out in a state it provides numbers for.

The title doesn't match the post. Which states provide ___? Or, who provides ___ to each state?

If you're talking about lottery vendors like IGT and Scientific Games, those vendors change from time to time when the contracts expire, so a list you saw years ago may no longer be accurate. Though it may be time consuming, you would get the most up to date info by emailing or calling each state's lottery. The info is public record, so they are obliged to tell you.

So i stumbled across a sheet that showed each states providers years ago and now i cant find it...does anyone know or have one on handy! I'd gladly appreciate it
