Well, if a state can budget its payout prizes, its pretty obvious that it has to be manipulated. By the way, Ga. payout to winners in 2016 isn't too bad at 68.16% . Chances of 6 due to more pips is higher than others because the 6 has less weight than any other die face. It's even worse than you think. Every single die made since the invention of dice has been rigged. You can test it yourself very easily by buying a few pair and rolling them one at a time. Each die will have 6 possible results, so roll each one 6 times and record the results. Do it several times for each die, just to be sure.

The cut off in Ohio is 10pm. I always buy my tickets at the last minute. I ve bought them several times past 9:50 pm. There s a video online that explains the process of the powerball. Check YouTube. Do they stick to that process every time. Who the heck knows. I just don t think they have enough control to change the results to sway it a certain way.

The cutoff time is 9:50p for PB... it's then that they use their mainframe computer to see what combinations HASN'T been played..then decide, either slightly more or less air pressure maybe...but for the resulting balls to precisely dodge extremely well covered Probable ranges, it may be addressable radio frequency to each ball of some sort... I can't image just air pressur alone being so accurate..

There's a couple of ways they could try to tamper with the ping pong balls. Put in lighter or heavier balls..just certain ones that they don't want to hit. No guarantees that would work though. Or adjust the air pressure oh so slightly on the lottery machine. Just enough that the human eye couldn't really tell by watching different draws side by side. The lotto is rigged, but not in an obvious way.

Buy the field (total number) divided by the numbers in each draw. For example, 70 numbers divided by 5 yields 14. 14 draws you purchase to cover the field. Then see how many numbers are on the ticket. You will find a lot of the numbers not in the field of your tickets.
