They CALottery had a Card not long ago, Where you won either

50 or 100 that was all w/ a CowboyHat as the Symbol for $10 Card.

I think that a lot of the states that have a lottery rely on ignorance when designing scratchers. Especially the ones where you have to add. Some people aren't good at adding and don't think they have won when in fact they have.

Such as the 7-11-21 (your total must be either 7, 11 or 21 to win) or loose change (your total must be equal or higher than $1.00 to win).

And then you have the people that buy tickets and just scratch off the bar code and don't care if they match the symbols or t... [ More ]

Many Scratchers are Numbers only. However,

Found myself playing more of the Symbol cards lately.

Which do you play, besides the best? LOL.
