Any time, it does not matter when.

Anything someone may have experienced was just misperceived happenstance and is generally the foundation for most lottery superstitions.

It doesn't matter when you play. There may be factors that affect the QP numbers, but none of that matters since the drawings use actual balls and are thus truly random.

What is the best time to buy a quick pick?

When you're going to the store anyway, or when you're driving right past the store. Lottery results are random events and when or where you buy tickets has absolutely nothing to do with the results, so it's a waste of time to make a special trip or go out of your way in order to buy at a certain time.

db101 - An old timer many years ago told me a similar story ... only there was a little more to it. You have the 'spin around three times' correct ... however, this can only be done once a month on the night of the full moon.

Also, when you are spinning around you must be holding an empty wallet in the air shouting at the full moon:

'fill it up' ... 'fill it up' !!!

He claimed it worked for him more than once. Probably just some folklore on his part.

I heard in one article comment a couple months ago about Lucky Lottery Ticket Time, which means you buy a quick pick the day of the drawing, right down sometime at noon down to the second in order to win the jp.

A certain user also said to buy the ticket the time you were born.

Is there any truth to these methods if don't feel like predicting the numbers
