Dream help please being smothered

Good morning the night before last I had a dream but it felt like I was awake . I was lying and bed and felt something over top of me smothering me and I remember struggling and fighting to get this heavy figure off of me. I remember thinking I don't want to die and thinking omg this is how I'm going to die and my kids are going to find me dead and I began fighting even harder and then I awoke scared outta my mind .
