Probability is a branch of mathematics.

Of course, but Probability Math is a special, proprietary branch of the probability branch of mathematics. It includes arithmetic that may or may not be correct, mixed with a lot of delusion and overly optimistic or wildly inaccurate assumptions, all kept secret with only denials, meaningless mumbo jumbo, and false claims being released to the general public.

At first I was shocked at my Odds, then it made

sense. For the most part, Have entered 300/500 entries each drawing

have had Odds of 27,000/1 all the way up to 43,000/1

depending on the number of entries. Still

like my chances.

Assuming the losing tickets are placed in some type of containers and the people drawing know that many of the tickets came from trash bins, they probably just grab tickets off the top. Sort of doubt that the same people always win , but somebody could place their tickets at the top and have a much better chance of one or more of their tickets being drawn. But that's all hypothetical.

Yea, its true that the BORROWED laptop's hard drive was copied, but my Probability Math equations WEREN'T on it..and its a good thing they weren't... files of the hardware device used to measures stats were on it, but not the equations themselves..they wouldn't have gotten that had I been on MY laptop... everything's EnCrYpTeD...!! ... I won't mention other security measures in place...!!

It's his signature phrase and it's always capitalized. His Probability Math can predict the lottery, but then the lottery foils him by picking numbers one away from his. They can do this because they copied his hard drive and got all his Probability Math equations. Now you are up to speed.

There's a slim chance a state might publish the results, but until you know how many entries there were you'll never know the odds of a second chance game, but they're probably pretty bad. The PA lottery website has a fair amount of info, so I'll use that as an example.

A recent holiday second chance game let players enter with tickets purchased between 11/22 and 1/2 from any of their draw games for a chance at 72 prizes. Just counting MM and PB they sold about 20.75 million tickets. Add pick... [ More ]

California has 2nd chance drawings, but they have caps on entries so dumpster divers can't get too much of an edge on legit players.

I know someone that goes through the trash at local convenient stores, and have found tickets worth money, becuse some people fail to understand the scratch off Game's rules...apparently too complicated for them to comprehend.. so , they toss it...

It's when you enter a losing scratch ticket into a drawing. Well in Massachusetts I entered 45 drawings and lost. I have hundreds of entries for each drawing but the same people always win.
