			<description><![CDATA[<p>Instead of trying to do this with a single formula try to do this by column or row and break it into 5 Different formulas.<br /><br />I did not really look at what you are doing, but it looks like you might want to set up the formula to include an indirect and address function. That would let you change the value or cell that you want to watch.<br /><br />Let me know if you need some help by PM and i might be able to help<br /><br />Allen</p>]]></description>
