I'm looking at Connecticut and North Carolina right now and things are lining up. Vtrac 124 repeated, so look for 000 111 333 555 666 888 005 055 116 166 338 388 in P3 and/or P4. There are some other signs I like as well.

With my new system- quads have a slight chance to hit Kentucky and the tri-states. Quads are much more difficult to predict, but a slight chance is better than throwing a dart in the dark! :)
