Well, the game certainly would not fly in every state due to the ability of smaller states to pay out but there are states where it would work.

Comparing it only to pick 3/4/5 games is definitely a bit myopic.

For instance, this is how it would compare in Michigan to other Michigan games

Daily Keno odds are similar but the payout is only $250,000

Poker Lotto odds are similar but the payout is only $100,000

Bet most long time players will tell you how difficult it is to catch a 10,000 to 1 pick-4 number straight win and you're suggesting a game that is over 250 times harder to win.

Many scratch-off games offer $1 million plus top prizes too. Not trying to knock your suggestion, but only a handful of lotteries now offer 100,000 to 1 pick 5 games and many lotteries have lotto type 5/39 pick-5 games with over 4 time better odds.

Cool idea. I'd play if the jackpot rolled over every drawing without a winner. I'd definitely play if the jackpot rolled down after hitting some predetermined max.

There are a lot of people on here who are playing the Multi States hoping to just hit the Second prize for a million or so.

Many of them are over fifty or have been playing for more than 25 years.

So, I thought of a game with better odds that is just a different version of pick 4 for longtime/older players.

If would be 4-Forty.

Instead of 0-9 for each digit it would be 1-40
