I tried to visit the site to see what that even is. Apparently not only are US residents barred from making accounts, they also can't even browse the site. The pop up warning box can't be closed to let you navigate the site. Lol they really mean business. They are probably wise to all the ways people attempt to make accts from outside the approved zones, save yourself the effort and find a different company.

No, it is not available for US residents, nor is there a way to get around it.
