I had to refresh myself but yes I've studied his math theory not sure if it has anything to do with anything but he basically believed that all numbers entertwined somewhere in the universe not unlike tesla but on the same principle . So this is my last post on this thread. I put the pattern in this picture into excel and made a sort of sum filter. I will be using this for the pick 3 test, but not in a primary capacity. It depends a lot in what I see in my main methodology. I dont know where it is unfortunately, so I will search, but I may be too lazy to build a new one.

I still have yet to do a COMBINED deflate, and an inspect and finalize and print out my hard copy DSH. I will be going live and putting preditction

Hexadecimal is base-16, I think what you want is tetradecimal, aka base-14. Counting in a base higher than ten will get easier with practice. You're right about most of this mystical math stuff being completely base dependent, and there is nothing special about 10 other than ingrained convention. I did this double-and-sum-digits process in base-12 starting with 1 and got another neat pattern. You need to use some symbols for ten and eleven in base-12, so I chose A and B which are standard in computer science to be consistent with hexadecimal. Check it out:

This is simply recreational math which is interesting, but not particularly deep. As a mathematician explained to me, coincidences involving the number 9 occur because of the base we use, 10. Patterns that arise from repeatedly adding up the digits of a number are entirely dependent on the base, which is an arbitrary choice from a historical standpoint. Many other bases besides 10 have been used througout history.
