There's an easy way to win $10,000 a month. Spend $20,000 a month on pick 3 tickets. Buy all 1,000 combinations several days a month, and you are guaranteed to win $10,000 a month. The government won't care that you win consistently (since you're not as you're actually losing $10,000 a month) but they may investigate you for money laundering. Most people who launder money don't use methods that have a 50% haircut, but it is an option.

What gave you the notion that you might be banned for winning 10+ grand a month, unless you're planning on winning that much a month? The only problem I've had ,so far, is in cashing my winning tickets because the stores don't have enough money or ,maybe, they're straight up lying about not having enough money. Sounds like you're new to playing lottery games. You might collect $100 at a convenience store, but for multiple tickets most players go to large grocery stores or stores where they know will cash their tickets

I just collected a nice big check the other day and one lottery worker shook my hand while the others were quiet. They paid three of us that hit the pick 4. I hit again on a Friday, Monday and no one banned me.

Lots of players play pick-3 and pick-4 numbers multiple times without getting banned or even investigated after a win. Wonder how many replies a News item titled Player is banned for winning either or both of those games

I think that thinking applies to casinos. I have heard of players been banned for reading cards etc at those establishments. State lotteries, lottery? Doubtful, but that's just me. I am open to correction nonetheless.

I think it will depend on each state. Look at all the news stories we have had here which talk about those people who cash winners for other people, They are in the thousands of wins in a year

Not an expert but I dont beleive you would be banned. Maybe investigated to be sure there us no funny business going on but not banned.
