I&#x27;m really surprised some of the 7 figure prizes are annuities, like a $20 scratcher with a top prize of 5 million paid out over 25 years! LOL, what a gyp. I can&#x27;t find the lump sum equivalent on the website, is it on the fine print on the back of the cards? Or is there no option to take a lump sum</p>]]></description>
