The 9,3 gave the 12 pair,the 16 pair. The 3,7 gave the 10 in thr 810 draw. The 1,8 gave the 9 in 619.

No it doesn't depend on your state. That's a ridiculous assumption. Numbers aren't different in Ohio than in California. The game is random no matter what rundown you use. There is no one rundown that kills in any state.

Use these sets 044-404 413-143- 257-752 for your deviations point.

Example, current draw is 728, use the sets to generate picks.

note the word 'deviation'(subtract using lottery maths)

I've been using something on the internet I saw called flip numbers.

Take the last draw say 738 converts to 061 then do a +111 rundown.

Tater T.V. from youtube has a 962 method. one thing about rundowns and tic tac toes, is that the winning number is usually within the group somewhere or touching, but picking the right one for the correct draw, whether its evening/midday etc., can be tricky. 630 hit in TX midday today.

It depends on your STATE. Every state is different. A Rundown that works well in one state, may not work well in another state.

Depends, what key drawing you are working with ? Some use day to day, night to night, or day to night, night to day. I personally like anything BUT 111. 113 and 314 have been good to me in the past.
