Another reason for all states to adopt online ticket sales. We now have to risk

our lives just to purchase a lottery ticket, no thanks, going to suspend playing.

On a side note, I went to a local market tonight to pick up a couple basic items

and came across a man walking through the store without a cart, going up and

down each aisle whistling. He was not shopping just trying, I guess to spread the

china virus to anyone /everyone. I thought about waiting for him in the parking

Putting Safety First

Effective Monday, March 23 Friday, April 3, the Virginia Lottery will close its Customer Service Centers statewide to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

All Lottery drawings will continue to take place.

The Lottery understands players want to limit out-of-home travel at this time. As a reminder, if you have winning tickets, you can mail them to the Lottery for validation and prize payment.
