Well apparently some of the tickets had the code not scratched at all. Just to clarify these are ones that I found. Brought to her and let her deal with em. Is there even any way at all for a person to cash or pay out a ticket with out u covering the code

If you're not omitting some key detail, it sounds like cashier is stealing from you. Most state lotteries have a security division that investigates retailers that scam players. Email them and describe what happened in detail. It will take a while for anything to be done due to coronavirus, but at least it sets the wheels in motion. In the mean time, don't buy your tickets at that shop anymore.

I've found some recently. Scratched off the barcode and took them to get cashed only to discover they had already been paid out. How's this possible
