LOL if you think scratch offs are less manipulated than draw games. I'm not much of a conspiracy theorist about rigged draw games, but scratch offs...man, the lottery knows what is in every roll and controls their distribution from the printer to the vending machine.

So, in answer to your question highlighted above... If my tickets were Quick-Picks, they would say Quick-Picks on the tickets..!!.. Your State may not print it on C3 or C4 tickets, or State games, but PB, MM does tell you on the tickets,

But why does it seem you and others are giving PB,MM a free pass to abuse the pre-existing rules of the game..?

If a grocery store's sell of Bread drops, .. they discount the item to move it.. They tend not to sell it at the same high price.!

I usually play the bigger games.. PB, MM,

until they pulled a fast one on us...cut the reset jackpot in half, but kept the price of the ticket at $2.

Kept the number pool at 69, 70..the same.

They were already robbing us blind..

I'm like Hall Oates I can't go for that ..!!! No can do...!! No point in playing til it reaches $40 Million.

If its going to be a Cuban I prefer Cohiba, Punch or Montecristo.

Otherwise - almost anything - I do not have a favorite - just dozens and dozens of different favorites

The only ones I like - if in a RARE moon I decide to buy one - usually its a bad idea for me (lol) - I like the ones thats something like 50's or 100's prizes only - I bought one a month ago and scored $100 so that was nice.

Anything else I wouldn't even win the cost back

I've been on tenn for years they hit the. # 378 one month 3 times 7th 17th and 27th of that month and they still want to call it random lol!!! Just like Mr Tipton that rigged the hot lotto the one that design the program for a lot of the lottery said himself that rng machines held dates and repeated to often. My lottery didn't draw the number I played after about 35 seconds of decision; they knew I played a 50 cent box, didn't want to pay me $40, therefore they must be cheating. There is no other explanation!

Frankly, no math is needed. The simple truth is that whatever humans build, whether it be a place or thing, history tells us, it will eventually break down. The mechanical ball drop is near perfect, the only interference or questions that are raised is when a human touch is involved. The balls themselves never cheat.
