			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am not exactly sure what you mean by one element samplings, but it sounds like you are saying that you need 187 drawing for all numbers to be drawn at least once.<br /><br />Every number should appear at least once in this 5/43 sample size of 187 draws. It&#x27;s random of course and possible that some numbers will not show in that time.<br /><br />But Take Mega Millions for example. The idea is take a sum look at its last 100 skips see how many times it hit within 1to5 games after hitting then 6to10 and so on this gives you a view of what might be hitting next. I always look to see if a numbers sum is in a hit range before playing it. My method goes like this.... I also did some multi draws instead, so I could take a small break.<br /><br />On the first win, I was looking for a NP (neighboring pair) because it was missing for nine games. So I played 8-9-10.
