Starting jackpots yield about 9.5 million after taxes in my state. So it depends on the market. Have rates gone down since COVID? if I got 8 million invested, what would the return be on that each year if half was in safer investments and half in moderately safe investments

P.O.T.- Tuesday's takeaway is around $13 mil. Wednesday's is $ 90 mil plus. If you can't live a productive life with those numbers in developed countries, one can always move to Bangladesh, with a poverty rate of over 30%- one can live like a king there.

Perhaps. However if you work for a company, you can always swing by clean out your locker so to speak, pick up your last check, if you must, shake a few hands if necessary and exit the building. I remember going to US MEGA awhile go to see the WI rate - its 7.65% - not the best not the worst.

I'd still do okay.

Lots of people working unseen for us both in country and around the world for our country - taxes pay for it all.

What kind of question is that? I wouldn't return to work. Never will work for an employer. Work for myself, have the infrastructure to doing it, sell items buy cheap, sell for major profit. I have plenty of ideas to getting the economy going again. Sad that not many people know of dreams. I would def make sure amazon flex drivers get at least $25 hr and some type of ins for them and the vehicle.

starting is 20m - so cash option is probably 15/16 million?

After taxes - not sure how much that would be left - 9/10 million maybe? Not sure how much federal is -

I could live off of that - no super big yachts or anything - but I dont need that.

Cigars for life and doing nothing all day sounds wonderful.

Investing that much even at low yield would work good enough for me.
