Winning with Math only and absolutely no draw History it can be done !

2 things you need to have :

1 good with Maths or know to code

2 have a good wheel system picking odd and even numbers with no repeats grater than 4 numbers

here in Aus we have 1..45 ball lotto and need to get 6 out of 8 numbers

Perhaps one day the States will start to compete with each other.

Math wise, there is no good way to increase our wins with these States banding together price/and payout fixing .

Reduce the cost of play a little and at least double those sick payouts. It only takes ONE State to break ranks.

For awhile it looked as if the online lotteries would cause the State Gov Games to react. React to those Double Payout ODDS $$$ along with cheaper cost of play.

The way I bet on the Play-3 here in Florida = pick out two popular numbers in the last 3 drawings and buy five box tickets each of 833 and 388 (as an example cost $10) = each ticket pays $160 = you win $800 (tax free) = i have won many times this way.!

Another way to win is choose 4 hot #'s and buy every arrangement of those 4 unique #'s as a straight for .50 each = there are 24 arrangements

= cost $12 = win $250 in Florida.

These plans work.

You don't need draw history to calculate from 869. You just have to find the right calculation.

For those that don't believe math is involved, you're being immature. Lotto is for grown ups.

There's math and then there's the house. The house wants to win all the time. Every week, they'll let you win one, or two with math, but then it's time for the house to win again. You just have to know when the house is tired of throwing you a bone.

there used to be a guy called Guesser here, who had some interesting thoughts and interpretations on PowerBall.

As for a Doctor Strange type fellow, I'd have to say Black Apple. His interpretations and analysis are definitely unique and successful. Everything comes down to the bet though. The issue of bird droppings. Whenever my predictions fall into this category I start thinking what causes the indigestion in my methodology in the first place. Some time ago I came to the conclusion that the culprit is the box. Thinking within the box, that is. Doing what everybody else is doing, and only because they are all doing it, with little variation but hoping that minute adjustments somehow will make a breakthrough in the outcome. Usually ends up as .... yep, bird droppings or similar.

The problem is not the math, but as you said, math doesn't take away the fact that the events are random. Say you come up with 6 numbers, well 2 of the 6 do show, but they show 3 weeks later. That's the tricky part with using math. There are other factors that need to be considered. But it's tough. Becasue no matter what it is random. 2 out of 6 showed, not the other 4. And by the end of it, how much did you really make. Anyways, just some opinions on the matter..but math is great in a lot of wa... [ More ]

That's right. For that matter, no one would tell us if they used either draw history or just math with any success.

So, for right now, how close can we come on our own right here? This forum is probably the best place to ask such a question. OK, maybe Carl Gauss but he's not posting here anymore.

My spidey sense says we will never get better than close either way. Close may be enough, if we're lucky that day.

If somebody knew about a way to only use math to win, they wouldn't tell anyone. It would kill the lottery industry if it spread and prizes drop to bottom.

There were many proposals of using math without history, generally for Pick 3. Try date pyramid or PI with random numbers so hotly discussed on LP times ago. As to others I just did not pay much attention to them so only these 2 come to my mind, sort of quick pick. If you are mathematically creative you can generate similar systems a dozen a day. Only your fantasy is the limit.

Many people on LP believe that math alone may provide timing for random events. For curiosity rather than need I did some simulations for math predictions without history for Pick 3. The results were consistent and very round. Therefore, until someone proves otherwise, I consider mathematical predictions without any base in history and statistics waste of time - I call them P P systems (Play Pray) as luck is actually the only measurement of their effectiveness.

Wondering how to use Math without History. What would I Add, subtract or Multiply? I am not saying that it can't be done, but I have bags of history tied to my legs and I will not float if I jump in. My brain and body will stop functioning without fresh air (something desperately needed in Northern California right now).

This goes against everything I have been doing in Excel using draw history mathematics.

It is said that Those that ignore history are bound to Repeat it . We have a lot of history. Many Draws have occurred. If the previous statement is True (and it is) then I guess the answer is to ignore said histories and they will repeat.

Almost all Systems here attempt to use some version of Draw History as their key.

How close to winning can we come using Math only?

The odds in Pick 3 are so unfair it may be impossible to win using just MATH alone.
