help in excel for the method of not repeating the digit in the pick3 position

ok let's go to an example =

1st 2nd 3nd

last draw = 5 0 6

next was = 0 1 3

repeated the digit zero, but not in the same position

in the 1st had = 0.6, in the 2nd = 5.6 3rd = 5.0

there will be two repetition options in each position

in this example it was = 0.6 but it could be 5.6 or 5.0

as the digit that repeats out of position
