Since SL is a pretty simple program, you can code it for yourself without any trouble. You can pass those smartpicks, I heard bad comments about them.

Well, since you're an experienced coder, I'll take your word for it,..Even if SLAG may be a simply written Program , it performs some not so simple tasks..

It was said that software for Mac had to pass harder tests. I have seen amazing programs on mac tablets in the shop a few years ago. They also made money with drawn movies. Since SL is a pretty simple program, you can code it for yourself without any trouble. You can pass those smartpicks, I heard bad comments about them. Many users just use one or two charts. I forgot to add in my initial post that there are tried and true techniques used for analysis of just about anything, and those techniques have been around for decades. (if not a century) Smartluck software is definitely old, but all lottery games numbers display the same behavioral characteristics today as they did in the 1980's. Players should abandon the software simply because the code is old??

It was because I used SLAG that I could see that in most years the hottest number of the year reveals itself by April 30th. You described the exact method I used to build the excel spreadsheets I mentioned in an earlier post.

But with SLAG, we can actually test to find out - for any year and for any lottery game.

That is why I have started keeping notes and looking back after the draw - I'm hoping to throw some of those ways out the window, and just keep the methods that work the best. I haven't ever looked back to see how I might have picked numbers differently. Not that I think it's a bad idea, but I normally just look at the latest info SLAG is showing me and go from there. I've found that different Softwares don't always agree on what constitutes Hot, Warm, Cold numbers..which is what frustrated me so, til I started searching for an absolute measuring process that's constant...

Now, take for instance Lotto Pro ,...for some Games it considers Hot numbers any number drawn within the past 5 draws,.. other Games, 10 draws,.. and once beyond that, it considers all numbers as Cold ..there's no Warm category..

I actually pick a total of 18 numbers. (Florida Fantsy5 has a 5/36 matrix) I was talking about 15 numbers out of the set of 18 that I choose. What I've been doing is picking 15 numbers (both hot and warm) from the last ten draws and three cold numbers that have been skipped 10 or more draws. I guess I'm reading your post wrongly. Cause it sounds like you're saying you are wheeling ONLY 15 numbers that have hit in the last 10 drawings.

Is that all that you are wheeling? Cause unless you have some cold numbers also in your wheel, you won't get five out of five. If 3.9 of the winning numbers come from the last 10 draws, you'll also have to include numbers in your wheel to represent the remaining 1.1 numbers.

I've re-thought how I want to use SLAG.

It's definitely helped me win more lower tier prizes (having 2, 3 4 winning numbers) than I otherwise would have won without it. Due to that, I feel that to get a five out of five hit, in addition to using SLAG I'll need to have some good luck in order to win a jackpot.

In the jackpot games I play (6/49, 6/45, 7/50) there is a Bonus number, but you can't select it when you play.You can only pick the base 6 or 7 numbers, and the Bonus number is generated by the draw.

In PowerBall I turn on just the PB only and track the number of hits of each of them.

Since the matrix last changed in October of 2015, #18 has been drawn the most with 33 hits. In the last 104 draws it's hit 15 times (it's the top hitter) and in 2021 it's hit 4 times which to date, makes it the top hitter of 2021. It'll probably hit four more times this year, but on July 1, 2021 we'll be able to see better what it might potentially do in 2021.

So does the game you play have a Bonus number? If it does, do YOU turn the Bonus Number option on or off in SLAG?

In the jackpot games I play (6/49, 6/45, 7/50) there is a Bonus number, but you can't select it when you play. You can only pick the base 6 or 7 numbers, and the Bonus number is generated by the draw.

Well, in the snapshot of Chart 3 ( the Pwrball stats ONLY are displayed) using the peek ahead feature...hopefully this will explain it better..

It shows that even though SLAG didn't deem Pwrball# 19 as a smart pick in the drawing 3/17/21.. look at how the average median ( where the cursor is) are the same (4.0)...with a 50 game sample size...

The more I explore SLAG, the more I see that it gives me all I need to apply Probability Math to it..

I've noticed that 1 consistent in- common measurements are that , potentially viable numbers most of the time have congruent average and median , or average and standard deviation..at least for the Game types I analyze...which is also Saliu's affirmations...

Ohio's 5/39 is a bit more generous when it comes to the previous 4 drawing numbers. The drawback is more numbers to wheel, with the average being around 21, which equates to 20,349 lines to filter. It's still a pretty good starting point, when you feel one is getting ready to hit.

Lately I've been using SLAG to tell me the set numbers that came out in the last four draws. I then play ten lines of Florida Fantasy5 using just that set of numbers. Typically there are 16 or 17 numbers included in the set of numbers that were drawn. If there are 16, then the total number of combo's that can be created is 3,003. That is excellent Mr-B! Sounds like you've got a great method! Last year I had 2/5 72 free plays, (42) 3/5 and (3) 4/5. I use lotwin and generally play 15-40 lines only at specific times not everyday or I'd go broke. On the average 6-10x per month. What I like about lotwin is that I can reduce my lines to guarantee x/5 with a certain percentage . To be honest, I have not used SLAG nor Wheel 5 much at all. The few times I did use it, I won very little, maybe a few 2/5 wins at best. That's not to say both programs are useless, I just prefer using my own program. My main reason for purchasing SLAG / Wheel 5 was more to check and verify the data in my program.

When I do use a wheel, it's a custom wheel based on a Bluskov wheel, filtered with my program data. So far this month, I've had (45) 2/5, (7) 3/5, and (2) 4/5 wins for a net profit... [ More ]

Look at the claims about the Gail Howard software. Divide the ammount supposidly won by the number of claimed winners. Some won more some won less but it does give you an idea of what to expect. I read the book and apply the ideas presented in the book to a spreadsheet so you can backtest and see what acrually happens in the lottery you play. Keep in mind of how much the software costs. You might want to test out some of the idea before buying.

You are correct. Double Bottom is a term, or was a term used on Wall St.

Before using SLAG SLAP, I performed all my research with paper and pencil and wondered why certain patterns were forming in a pick 6 game when the drawings were still mechanical, before RNG.

I'd see patterns forming that I use to call A number is coming in for a Landing or Bridging the Gap

As I work with the SLAG in Chart 4, I'd see the connection with a number coming in for a landing correlating with the GH term... [ More ]

Gail Howard was at one time a Stockbroker which is why some of the charts/graphs have a financial look and feel to them.

As for some of the terms she came up with like Flag formation , reverse cascade , they never made much sense to me either. I think a double bottom is a Wall Street term, but I could be wrong about that.

Sure, get to recognize what the winning numbers in your game of choice tend to do, then track back through history to see what they don't do (or almost never do) and then you can (most of the time) eliminate those numbers fairly safely.

As we know, deleting some loser numbers should be easier than finding some winning numbers in general.

But I'm not sure if we can eliminate some loser #s safely by using AG? If so, how can you do that in detail?

I only use AG for chart 6. Skip chart. I do most of my analysis in excel. Especially my custom combinatoric variables. Most of Gayles pitch for the program was the bias in odd/even and for low high. I almost never see a bias so i began to NOT use those charts.

I am a little partial to AP for some reason. But my flash drive crapped out, and I have not bothered to replace it.

Funny thing about advantage gold is its little quirks.

Welcome to SLAG Stalker.

SLAG's just like many other software packages. There's so much stuff in it that I cant use it all and I don't even try to!

I've read that option 4 - Drawings Since Hit is the most important option in SLAG. That's probably true but I use a combination of options to pick my numbers. I mainly use Option B in combination with Option 7.

For starters I have only 1 eye, thus it is easier to do it in excel and print and than draw lines. (I'm fairly good in excel)

Why do you want/need to export the chart out of SLAG? I simply bring it up on my screen, see if it's telling me a number(s) to play, and if so, I'll determine if I want to play the numbers it's recommending by using other options in SLAG.

BTW - SLAG is showing a down angle starting for #17 to hit tonight. #15 hit the night before last, #16 hit last night. That means #17 might hit tonight, and I'm of the opinion it will. Here's why;

The chart you've created will very likely work for you, but the drawing numbers are in the reverse sequence of what appears in SLAG's Option 4.a. So if you want to use SLAG, the drawing numbers are read from left to right. I'm accustomed to reading SLAG's chart from left to right. Looking at your chart above, the draw numbers have to be read from right to left. To my way of thinking, that's backwards, but if you like the chart you made, then go with it. To each his own.

So after all of that above, you might be wondering how do I use Abbreviated Chart in Option 4. (4.a) I made a typo in my last post - the correct option is 4.a.

I look for either an up angle or a down angle starting to form. I then see what number it is that the chart is telling me to play.

For example if the angle is suggesting #3 to play, (the next number in sequence after #2) I check the last 10 drawings in Option B.4 to see if #3 is in the last 10 drawings. If so, I definitely play it.

Option 4.b inside of Option4 will display on your screen a computer version of what a player normally would create by hand using pen and paper. Instead of players filling in small blank circles with a pen or pencil on hardcopy/paper, SLAG places an 'X' on the number that was drawn. Look to the far right side of the screen and you'll see an X beside each and every number that was drawn last night. (In FF5's case there are a total of five X's for each drawing date)

There's something else I should add about me and my use of SLAG.

I've had it and used it for maybe 5 years or possibly longer. I first had A Plus then upgraded to A Gold.

Even though I've used it that long, there are still parts of A Gold that I do not know what it's trying to tell me, therefore I dont use them.

I thought I should add to the post above because there are other tips I use that I am willing to share with regard to picking numbers.

Essentially what I'm doing with my strategy is by concentrating on the last 10 draws, I'm reducing from 36 numbers down to about 18 or 19, and I'm combining that with selecting hot numbers. I then mix in a cold or due number as well as a repeater. (Which is within the last ten draws)

When I first started using SmartLuck (SLAG) I too was very confused by it and it took me quite some time before I was able to make sense of what it was telling me. The best advice I can give you is to keep using it, you will improve with it, but it takes time.

I managed to knock out a three-bagger and a free ticket in Florida Fantasy5 last night.

I had 10 lines on the ticket with three out of last night's five winning numbers on it. Seven of my ten lines had at least one winning number.

I attribute that to my use of SLAG. I've been in Florida since Nov 1st. In that time I'm pretty sure I've had four three-baggers and one 4-bagger. (I won the 4-bagger with a Free Ticket which is a QP, but I won the Free Ticket using SLAG.) So maybe like in pro fo... [ More ]

I hear ya on the use of wheels G5. I use Bluskov wheels about 25% of the time. I use GH wheels about 10% of the time, when I have a key number or two I want to use. I'm not aware of any Bluskov wheels that work with key numbers. If anyone knows differently, I'd be glad to hear from you. The other 65% of the time, I pick around the same 13 to 18 numbers and then let my program decide what order to play them.

Wheels.... They're something I've toyed with but I've never gone all out with them, although I did buy a copy of Bluskov's book.
