i would presume you are looking at this from a multiple wins (i.e. more than 5).

in texas, i would need to visit the lottery commission to collect a $2500 winning ticket (@ .50).

guess who else is going to know about that 12500 winnings on tax day.

are you able to cash out pick 3 (NUMBERS) at retailers in NY?

NUMBERS would be better than WIN 4.

in texas i cash out multiple $250 at the grocery stores. granted, over multiple days

Pick-4 is the $10 version of Pick-3. With 4 numbers to pick, it's very tough to win $5K, as opposed to putting $10 on Pick-3 for the same amount...

Predictor is one thing. Positive bankroll is another.

This is exactly the case every single time. We can see where players will predict/post numbers but, all one needs to do is simply apply math, in terms of the cost, to any one of the wagering variations. This will, without any doubt, fully reveal cost/profit/loss/break even margins.

Predictor is one thing. Positive bankroll is another. Most of these predictors including the one you mention, while they may be on point some of the time, give way too many numbers for it to be profitable and it's left to the reader which numbers he chooses which IMO is a losing proposition. It's a random game and there is a ton of luck involved. There are no gurus that can predict with any consistency or profitability.

You can make lots of money if someone could gave you ten pick-4 straight predictions and one of them hit every month. One accurate prediction out of two for the next year nets about $4000 too.

I know exactly what you're asking for, just pointing out that it's not necessary to get a hit every day or even every week when you can get paid $5000 for a dollar wager. Just ask this guy.
