This is a chart showing how straight Date workup hits clumped together in the Illinois Numbers during the past four years. The YELLOW highlighted clusters are next day clusters. This chart put me through some changes, because I started with the preconceived notion that the straight Date hits were going to fall one day apart like they did, for example, in Virginia. As I got into analyzing the 2019 data, it became very clear that the straight Date workup hits were falling on the next day, that is
