I'm pretty sure they're asking about those tickets that have their numbers selected by the terminal. You know, quick picks. AFAIK, that's likely to vary depending on the company that makes/operates the terminal, but the state has nothing to do with it other than indirectly by choosing which company to use.

Of course there's no answer anyway, because quick picks are just an attempt to generate random numbers to be played, not an attempt to predict the winning numbers.

Mega Millions is a ball drawn game. The numbers are drawn in Atlanta Georgia.

Also, not all states draw their numbers by an RNG. (I'm assuming that's what you mean by QP generator .
