There&#x27;s no need for them to communicate for the purposes of cheating. Our payouts are pari-mutuel, so the lottery can never lose money no matter how many or how few winners there are.</p>]]></description>

Right now LP is storing a bit over 26 MB of data in my cookie folder. As I recall, it showed two computers not connected to the internet or to each other, and every drawing one of them was randomly selected to run the RNG program. Then after the RNG was run, a few humans looked at the screen and recorded the numbers in a physical book.
