			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ive noticed that Minnesota s daily 3 has it so you can just go for the first digit for a $5 win.<br /><br />I put $10 on 8 since the frequency and hits, smart picks say 8, 3, 4 for first digit, well I went and bet and it was 9 and then today 3.<br /><br />kinda want to jump the bridge and throw down $20 on a number, maybe 8 again, but now I m unsure.<br /><br />Wish there was a real solid way to narrow down/hone in on the first digit!
