			<description><![CDATA[<p>The megaplier number is chosen at the time of each draw. It can be 2x,3x,4, or 5x. So each prize level is multiplied by whatever mulitplier number is drawn. It costs an extra dollar to play the multiplier.<br /><br />Same goes for Powerball (Powerplay) except it also has a 10x, which only will available when the annuity jackpot is $150 million or less.
