			<description><![CDATA[<p>I believe you mean that they won&#x27;t participate in ticket butler transactions. The Michigan lottery machines will accept credit cards for draw and instant tickets and the Michigan lottery states that they accept credit cards.<br /><br />I have never gambled with a credit card with the rare exception of gas stations automatically putting my ticket(s) on my credit card without asking if I wanted to pay cash for the ticket(s).
