I wish the 180 days Lottery Claim Window Rule would be abolished.... Lottery Claim Windows should be INFINITE.... I found a Winning Lottery Ticket like TWO years after I had forgotten about it..... I was past the Claim Window and couldn't claim it....

I agree. I liked the pick 6 game better, before the rule changed to pick 5 and the mega number for California Super Lotto Plus back in June of 2000. It would be nice if players got a free game for matching two numbers on lotto, Powerball,and Mega, like they do on Fantasy 5. Those games are hard enough as it is to win a prize, let alone the jackpot. Therefore, the mega ball number should be abolished on all games, where you pick 6 numbers from 1-69 for powerball, 1-70 on Mega, and 1-47, 1-50, or

Computer drawings. I believe drawings should be done by human hands instead of computers. Computers can be programmed to secret backdoor settings and can have unfair advantage. They are making so much money and you can't tell me there is no cheating by computers.

How could I have forgotten this horrible rule? Parading the Lottery Winners as winning the FULL amount, such as Karen Nathan won 500 Million! When the ACTUAL take home Winnings are more like 325 million after taxes and fees....

I would like to see an end to the practice of fleecing lower-tier prize winners in jackpot games like Powerball and Mega Millions. I would set the minimum prize at 25% of the odds for $1 tickets and 50% of the odds for $2 tickets.

My problem with TX is the jackpots don't match up to the odds. Ie: Odds are too long for the jackpot in Lotto and Cash 5.

Rule change. Increase jackpot sizes.

All the best were already taken so I'll submit this: All the games appear to follow the same secret rule. The number pool shall not be evenly divisible by the pick numbers. In other words, a Pick-6 game can not have a pool of 24,30,36,42,48,56 numbers. In my opinion it would be slightly better and more fair for the players to be able to play ALL the numbers in a minimum number of lines.

They should get rid of Federal State taxes, because as mentioned earlier, it's already a form of a tax... as everybody knows by now, my pet peeve.! Allow bet slips to be submitted up to 3 minutes before each Game's drawing..Nationwide!

and ban pre-tests of ball machines except when first entering new machine into service..

No programmable RNG..!! ever..

No difference from mechanical ball drawings, probably even better than mechanical ones. Here in Florida with the pick-3, they do up to 7 pre-tests. If that don't put a knife to the back on patterns that could form, I don't know what will.

Yeah, no pre-tests. That's my take on what they can get rid of.

The Come forward in Public, via Press Conference/Photos/Full names, etc, in order to receive Winnings, Lottery is one Lottery Rule I have always hated and wish it would be abolished.
