Frequency Statistics are EXACTLY what Probability Math is all about...

Statistics is History,.. Frequency is the behavior of Stochastic events...

Probability Math is the revealing of FrequencyLaws, that must be obeyed..and uses Statistical History to point to any Predicted event based on current state of Statistical conditions...!!
