What I don't get is how he didn't see that People were going to beg him for lots of money? I mean, he WILLINGLY came forward and let lots of People know face to face that he won 500 Million. He didn't have to do it. I could understand a State where you HAVE to do a Press Conference in order to get your Winnings (Horrible Mandate IMHO, and most People's HO(Honest Opinion, get your mind out of the gutter, ;)).... There was a Woman who legitimately won MILLIONS of dollars in The Lottery and quit her job the very next day after the Drawing.... The Lottery Office told her, You actually have to wait $30 days before getting your Millions... She called her job she JUST quit and begged them for her job back
