A random event in mathematics can't be predicted, that's the definition, but there are techniques and there is luck. I don't know of any mathematical function predicting a future random event. Even if it luckily does, the payout must be higher than the costs. Try roulette. Beat it, can you do that? I want to see your function.

So again. We had no straight pick 3 reaching the average high frequency. If you stepped in late enough, you cashed in 2 straight pick 3 in a period of time.

AVG high frequency: last 1000, binomial highest frequency.

The requests for filtering often involved the choice that the combination hasn't been drawn earlier. That's so naive! A combination drawn can be redrawn any time. Also some combinations have high scores of 4/5 for pick 5. When? I don't have any clue. You play your tickets and I play mine

So you have those pick 5 wheels and different payouts by state(s).

A Gimme 5 pays 2 for 2/5 and 7 for 3/5 while a Fantasy 5 pays 1 for 2/5 and 15 for 3/5. That changes your views on wheels.

I read a post on a google page by Ion Saliu showing a positional record wheel and saying that this doesn't hold against a regular x if y wheel.

Well, some positional wheels hold.

The local lotto pays 5 lines for 3/6. If I get 6/18 from 6/45 in correct positions, I get my payback. With a record wheel, I loose 1 line. Of course unless I get lucky, or happy.

Yes, I know, this coverage option is not in SmartLuck and most or nearly all of the sold programs.

Filters are sold in all click-able versions, but custom is still limited. Players come up with filters that are not in the program. ...

It looks like that many now hide their filter options. ... tstst ...

I did a version with VBA, but when it comes to more trials there is better than Visual Basic for Applications. Only, again, more combinations can make you lucky.

The biggest leverage has a jackpot winning single combination played. If for a jp-game, the jp is split between several winners, you want to play that combination more than once to get more of the payout.

Single random outcomes cannot be predicted, that's a rule. That does not mean that you cannot get lucky.

The wheels have one or more guarantees.

The wheels are not all the same. A longer wheel can have the same coverage 3 if 4 than a shorter wheel with 3 if 4 coverage.

Things improve if the player is tracking numbers, uses stats, charts, lottery programs to select the numbers, and selects new numbers each draw.

Somebody suggested to use sums. This one is sums based for 12 / 24 and finished with 7 if 12.

You might copy and paste one of those in predictions.

4 games under 20 numbers is what I can typically get. They work otherwise. Just the betting. But they work. Find a low number like 12 or 9 numbers you're good. Normal is about 18 for me. And to get it to show in 4 as opposed to 14 is pretty much ideal. Profit wise, it's a bit of a wait week after week, but it can work. You can get something in the end, with maybe 1 week being not good.

At $2 a ticket, PB and MM have made the cost of most wheels way to much for the average player. A full 7 number wheel has 21 lines. Even using all 70 MM numbers at least once costs $28.

IMO, $1 a ticket 5/39 pick-5 type games might be the only worthwhile games where wheels can be used.

It should be obvious that any wheel is only as good the entered numbers. Sometimes it's about using the wrong type of wheel too. The guarantees of abbreviated wheels are usually written as 3 if 5 of X where 3 is the minimum win guarantee you'll get if 5 of your numbers (X) are matched. I played a 13 line 3 if 5 of 15 number wheel, matched the five drawn numbers and got exactly what the wheel guaranteed, one 3 number match for a $3 loss. There really isn't a great deal of difference in wheels when it comes to what prize the wheel guarantees. You can use a Gail Howard wheel, Bluskov, Robert Serotic, or Todd's wheels here at Lottery Post and you will win the same prize if you get the amount of correct numbers required. One has to decide what type of prize win you want and how much money you can afford to lose and not be sorry. I went a bit too cheap the last weeks.

An example was playing 16 bank with 20-29 in two lines, 2021-04-03. The drawing paid me 3/6 * 2 or 2 * 6.25. I usually would have played that in five or more lines.
