The Jackpot Winner working as a Toll Collector sadly has realistic elements.... MANY Jackpot Winners ended up working as say Toll Collectors after blowing their money.... Although the part of him paying everybody's Toll is unrealistic for a constant basis. MAYBE as a ONE day of being generous is somewhat realistic. The NY lottery used to run commercials with things like a jackpot winner working as a toll collector and paying everybody's tolls. There was also one with a winner commuting to work in a helicopter. Of course the point was to convince people that they should play because they could win so much money they could throw it away, but I always thought they were really stupid.

There was a Florida Lottery Commercial when a Female Stand Up Comedian asks her Audience something like, Who is going to play in this week's Lottery? She raised her hand and MOST of her Audience Members raises their hands except one Guy. He says something like, The Lottery is only 6 Million now. I only play it when it gets really high.
