If you are a serious player, for me it has come down to betting heavy. Scare money often don't win regularly. Bigger budgets allow you to cover more. IMHO.

If you aren't lucky but lucky enough, you lose half of your money on pick 3. If you really are unlucky, you lose all of your money on pick 3.

I'll take one advice from his book: It all comes down to luck and deep pockets and how willing are you to spend thousands of dollars on the Pick-3 game. The numbers game is the best lottery system out there.

It's amazing how much people believe what they hear. Second hand and all. All I heard was that he spent a lot of money to win a lot of money. The spending part sounds typical. He was also a member here I believe. As for the book, hey gambling lots of money needs to have a back up plan. Sounds smart to me. Gamblers are all the same. They spend lots and lots of money. Until they run out.

In New York, after a scratch off jackpot has been won (or all jackpots if there are multiple jackpots to be won with one scratch off game) The New York Lottery notifies retailers to remove the game from their displays and send them back to the NY Lottery. They also have a PDF file available to players on their website showing all currently available scratch off games and if there are any jackpots left to be won. G5

I see no one believes in luck, maybe cause there's something in common behind each individual. Richard said once set your budget and only spend what you can afford, repeat your numbers in consecutive orders one day or few days, it could be set of 10, 20, 30 draws per game but only what can you afford. Never use groceries money or anything priority for living. If it hits it hits you're winner, if you lose try next week or whenever you can afford, this is strategy and it works.

I had a phone conversation with Richard Lustig back in either 2010 or 2011. Nice guy and answered all my questions.

He has won a number of prizes using scratch offs and also 2nd chance drawings. From what I remember he told me he won a Harley Davidson from a 2nd chance drawing. I know he kept up with what scratch off games that still had the major jackpot sitting out there. Why spend money of scratch offs if the jacpot prize has already been won. I think that he needed a new hip and shortly after died. But, with all the rubbish on Internet, who knows? There was a pdf circulating, if that is the book, then I wouldn't pay for it. Another book written for the average mass consumer? Absorbing what others proposed or tried or couldn't code? ... Didn't some IT's jump on it for a platform? ...

But to my knowledge, he's not reported to have ever won a MM or PB Jackpot..!! just a Fla Fantasy 5,...a few scratch-offs...

I saw him on TV being interviewed. In addition to saying buy more tickets, he also said to participate in any/all second chance scratch off promotions. That's almost the same thing as buying more tickets. What Lustig really knows is that there are plenty of people that know basically nothing about the lottery who will buy his book. G5

I once read a customer's review of his book on Amazon.. which said...

He basically says to buy more tickets..!!,.. and I've just saved you $40.

It's hard to get serious players to buy ANYONE'S strategy with an official review like THAT..

He said in an interview i saw once that he played the same number. The problem with this is that the game itself is dynamic meaning with every draw it changes. I also saw where he was running some kind of pool. Thats about it. What do you know of his methods
