Personally know three people that won 6/49 lotto jackpots using QPs and another that won a 5/39 pick-5 game by picking his numbers. Don't have that game in my state, but IMO probably the best chance to win a nice jackpot on a budget.

Would you think it's an even better deal if they doubled the odds but did it in a way that let you choose 4 sets of numbers
