This was supposed to say he had a Megaball of 11, not 8. It was too late when I noticed that I inadvertently said that he won all numbers including the Megaball when he actually missed the Megaball but had all five numbers.

A Lottery Player named Bob played The Lottery for years at a certain Gas Station for years. He and a Lottery Clerk I'll call Sam knew each other for those years. Bob loved playing Megamillions. One day, he gave Sam a Megamillions ticket to check. This was before the Self Scanning Kiosk.

Okay, those are VERY bad too. I still think that technically, the guy who put his Wife's name and forged her signature on the ticket and the Claim Form and she had no idea about the ticket in the first place and was arrested because of him using her as an unwilling Pawn/Scapegoat is worse, principle wise...

Stealing $1000 lotto ticket is nothing. At least 2 clerks from NY and NJ stole a million bucks scratcher from customers.

Lottery Clerk named Tyna Dull is pretty bad too. Tyna claimed a $1,000 Winning Lottery Ticket that an Undercover Lottery Official presented her was a Loser and he asked her again and she again said, Nope. Not a Winner. He left. Tyna then took the Losing, Winning Ticket and went to her Local Lottery Office to claim the ticket, expecting to get a check for $1,000 and was instead Investigated by the Lottery Officials instead of being handed a $1,000 check. Hmm. I wonder if he knew something was up with that ticket since he forged his Wife's name and her signature on the ticket rather than his own. MANY Lottery Clerks who failed the Sting Operations put THEIR OWN name and signature, not a SPOUSE'S.

There are Sting Operations where Lottery Clerks are tested on their honesty by Undercover Lottery Officials posing as Lottery Players. The WORST case I heard was where a Lottery Clerk told the Undercover Lottery Official his $1,000 winning ticket was a LOSER, the Undercover Lottery Official Thanked him for Checking, and then left.
